- Ethics (3 hours) +meets NAR QUADRENNIAL requirement
- Fair Housing (2 hours)
- Legal Updates/Law (1 hour)
- Real Estate Agency (1 hour)
- Real Estate Contracts (1 hour)
*Broker licensees also need 8 hours of Broker Management courses
